I'm not registered for the conference. How can I register?

Registration for the conference is now available only on-site.

Who can I contact if I need assistance with registration, logging into the website, or have any other questions about CONNECTIONS 2025?

Please contact CPRS HQ at (916) 665-2777, open 8:00am - 5:00pm PST, Monday – Friday

When will I receive my badge and tickets for CONNECTIONS 2025? 

Your badge and tickets will be mailed to your preferred address in February. If you have not received them by February 27 (prior to conference), please call the CPRS office to have them reprinted. If you are a late registrant, badges will be mailed up to March 10 and the rest will be held at will-call. Any badges that are not reported missing or not returned to us by the postal service and need to be reprinted onsite will incur a $25 badge replacement fee onsite. Tickets are required for special events and cannot be replaced if lost.

What sessions can I attend? 

If you have paid for full registration, you will have access to all educational sessions, except for intensives, unless you have registered for an intensive in addition to full registration. If you have registered for an intensive ONLY, you will only have access to the intensive, and not all the educational sessions.

Will sessions be virtual or recorded?  Will handouts be available?

Sessions will NOT be recorded, nor available virtually. Handouts will be available via the Connections 2025 mobile App to all registered attendees.

Can I see who is registered for the conference?

Yes!  Use your CONNECTIONS mobile App to connect with all conference attendees, speakers, vendors and sponsors!

When you log in to the platform for the first time, you have the option to share your photo, your email address, or other contact information. This is entirely optional if you wish to share this information and interact with other attendees.
