CEU FAQs

What to Know about Continuing Education Units

Professionals holding certifications from the California Board of Recreation and Park Certification, National Council for Therapeutic Recreation or National Certification Board/NRPA can attend a variety of sessions that will assist in maintaining certification. There are CEU-eligible sessions available in every breakout session time slot. All CEU verification will be done through our mobile app session evaluations, and you will be required to fill out session evaluations by April 15, 2025.

CEU Fees

$20 – CPRS member $40 – nonmember
If you did not add CEUs to your registration and you are interested in receiving them, please go to the registration area for assistance in adding them.

CEU Process

• Download the conference app and sign in.
• After attending a CEU-eligible session, click into the “Surveys and CEU” tile in your mobile app to access the corresponding session evaluation.
• Find the correct session, fill out the session evaluation and verify your attendance, then submit.
• After you have completed this process for all CEU-eligible sessions you attended, you will be able to download a CEU certificate of completion.

Important Notes on Process

• You must stay for the full session to be eligible to receive CEUs for any given session.
• CEU verification/session evaluation is available after the conference ends, but must be complete by April 15, 2025.
• If you encounter any errors in completing your session evaluations or downloading your CEU certificate, you can either visit the Registration Area, or reach out to CPRS via email for assistance at cprs@cprs.org .
