Connections 2025: Expo Hall only Pass Registration
This complimentary Expo Pass is intended for individuals who have not registered for the CPRS Conference. Specifically, it is designed for employees of Park and Recreation departments who wish to exclusively attend the EXPO Hall. If you have already registered for the Conference, please refrain from registering for this pass.
Important Information Regarding the Use of the Pass:
Registration deadline: March 6, 2025.
All registrations must be completed online. Upon registering, please bring your confirmation to the Exhibitor Registration area at the Sacramento Convention Center.
Badge Pickup: Upon arrival, proceed to Exhibitor Registration to check in and receive your badge holder. Please note that on-site registrations are not permitted; therefore, online registration in advance is mandatory to avail of the Complimentary Expo Pass.

Restrictions for Usage:
1. The pass is exclusively for the use of staff employed by Park & Recreation departments and other public entities such as school districts, public works, etc.
2. Personnel from exhibiting companies and non-exhibiting commercial company personnel are not eligible to use this pass for entrance into the Expo.
