Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to identify and understand the six current generations that are being served through programming and how to use this generational knowledge as a tool to create programs for all ages.
Upon completion, participants will be able to understand unconscious bias and inclusive/adaptive programming considerations for all ages when creating a new program or adjusting a current program.
Upon completion, participants will be able to develop a comprehensive program proposal for any age including considerations such as inclusivity, adaptability, creativity, sustainability, and more!
