Session Description: There are a variety of leadership theories, skills and knowledge that help lead an organizational forward. In this session the Core Four pillars of leadership will be presented. Attendees will be able to assess their own skill in each pillar and develop a plan for organizational improvement and an enhanced culture.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the four pillars of leadership and be able to assess their own capability in each of the pillars.
  • By understanding their own knowledge and skill level in each leadership quotient pillar, attendees will be able to assess the skill level among their team members.
  • Attendees will be able to frame out a plan of team development which will strengthen the entire team culture.
