Session Description: The boundaries you establish at work and home define you and keep you in your comfort zone. Establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries positively impacts our mental, physical, and emotional health. Learn the barriers to setting boundaries, what happens when you don't set boundaries, and how to handle people who disrespect your boundaries. Walk away better at advocating for yourself by setting and communicating healthy boundaries. Remember that the individuals who have trouble with you setting boundaries are typically the ones who are unfairly benefitting from you not having any.
