This session will outline the difficulties of having difficult conversations due to the time they take, the emotions involved, and the possible conflict that can result from them. Learn how to gain clarity on issues, overcome the instinct to avoid the conversation, deliver the message in a direct but empathetic way, and finally, learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable to have productive discussions and improve relationships and work productivity.
