Want some help navigating employee issues?  Whether recruiting, hiring, evaluating, retaining, etc., Recreation employment is filled with many challenges.  There is the red tape of working in a government agency, balancing an employee's aspirations with the job's expectations, and much more.  We will lean into 20 years of experience for answers on what works and what does not and hopefully give you a mindset and some tools to help with your situations.  Brason has worked for two non-profit recreation organizations, two municipal recreation organizations, and several random jobs he pulls from for insight.

Brason has over twenty years of experience in employee relations within recreation, a Doctorate in Public Administration, and a Master's in Coaching and Athletic Administration.
