Session Description: Are you ready to maximize your agency's financial potential, while having fun? Parks and recreation professionals of all levels are welcome to join this interactive session that's designed to enhance financial literacy through discovering ways to help boost your agency's revenue potential by mastering money management and pricing strategies.
The session will begin with a brief overview of the past and present financial state of the parks and recreation field which provides a foundation from which we'll build upon. From there, you will analyze your agency's current fiscal practices through the identification of current financial allocation and investment/spending patterns. Next, we'll review pricing strategies and understand how to better utilize your agency's funds for maximum impact. Our time together will culminate all that we've learned into practical applications where we'll review real-life case studies and interactive activities where you will apply learned strategies that can help you maximize your agency's revenue.
