We’ll cover practical strategies for reconstructing budgets and maintaining financial stability—ensuring you can advocate for your department’s needs and secure your seat at the budget table through any challenge.

Learning Objectives:
Understand how to learn your budget inside and out; learn line items, how to classify and utilize those line items in your budget
Participants will learn practical strategies for reconstructing budgets while maintaining financial stability
Participants will be able gather the tools to confidently advocate for "a seat at the table". This is talked about in every city and is always challenging getting in to that spot.
