With a history of working for public agencies, private sector clients, and citizens to create healthy and livable communities, Jeff believes that RRM’s role is to find common ground and bring a community’s vision to reality. “We loan our experience and creative process to our clients. It is not about our portfolio; it is about our professionals lending a hand and sharing inspiring work.” Jeff’s lifelong love of sports, both as an athlete and coach, has blended well with his passion for planning and designing public spaces, especially parks. He is an accomplished planner and facilitator of effective public outreach solutions. Jeff joined RRM in 1989 and is the leader of the landscape architecture practice, as well as the market sector leader for RRM’s recreation and park planning studio. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1985.
