Tricia Mullan is a seasoned recreation professional with 30 years of experience spanning aquatics, special events, afterschool programs, camps, preschool, teen initiatives, sports, and fitness. She has held leadership roles in both public and private organizations, including the City of San Jose, Highlands Recreation District, Stanford University, and her current position as Library and Community Services Supervisor for the City of Menlo Park. In this role, she oversees the city’s gymnastics program, sports, and recreation activities while serving as the staff liaison to the aquatics operator and the Parks and Recreation Commission. Additionally, Tricia is leading her team through the National Recreation and Park Association’s accreditation process.
An active leader in the field, Tricia serves as the Region 2 Representative on the CPRS State Board and has contributed to various CPRS initiatives over the years.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in child development from San José State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration. Recently married to her longtime partner, Tricia looks forward to welcoming a puppy into their family. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures, kayaking, golfing, and attending community events with family and friends.
