Hello, my name is James Pedroza. I have been a Recreation Leader II in the City of Norwalk. I have been with the City of Norwalk as a Recreation Leader for ten years now. I worked in parks division for two years. I was then called up to the big leagues in 2017 and worked at the Norwalk Teen Center from 2017-Present. I am currently a Recreation Leader III and over look the Teen Center and Teen Alliance Program. One of my biggest accomplishments is directing The "We Have Project" and winning five CPRS awards during 2019-2020. My goal is to get all surrounding high schools invovled in our T.A.P. program and host a Teen Alliance Program Summit during the summer and have teens from different backgrounds and areas come together for one week and learn team building and life skills.
