Steven Bond is currently on the board of Athletify.com, a recreation management software platform, and owner of Capital Advisors Real Estate based out of Utah. Previously Steven, was the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Equity in Provo, Utah, where he was a top-producing RE/MAX broker ranking #4 in the U.S. in 2015, and President/Founder of FIG (Fourplex Investment Group), which since 2013 has built over 4,000 doors of multifamily units—providing investors with over $500M in cash flowing properties. Steven has been a leading figure in real estate since 2007 and has continuously grown his businesses even during market downturns. Steven’s success stems from his innovative approaches and resilience, making him a respected leader in real estate investing. When he is not "in the business" he can be found at his cabin with his wife, 5 kids and dog, boating, hiking, mountain biking, or racing cars.
