Jeremy began his career in the golf course maintenance industry in 2000, taking his first job as a student intern greenskeeper at Dairy Creek Golf Course while also attending college at Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo, where he would eventually graduate in 2004 with a degree in Environmental Horticultural Science, emphasizing in Turfgrass Management. Jeremy has now worked at a total of 10 different golf facilities, equally splitting his time between public and private golf courses, the last five of which he held the title of Golf Course Superintendent. In addition to the courses where he has worked, Jeremy has volunteered at several notable events, including the First Tee Open at Pebble Beach, US Junior Amateur at Olympic Club, and Charles Schwab Cup Championship at Sonoma Golf Club. He has also been a member of the Sierra Nevada Golf Course Superintendents Association his entire career and has presided as President of the association twice, in 2013 and 2023.
